Our consulting journey began in 1999 with the completion of our first iPower project for Stollwerck, a prominent multinational European confectionery company.
The name iPower Strategy reflects our belief in the power of ideas—ideas that can come from anyone within an organization—to shape and execute effective marketing strategies.
Over time, iPower Strategy has evolved beyond traditional marketing to include digital strategy, digital marketing, and, more recently, customer experience (CX) projects.
The iPower Strategy team has successfully delivered more than one hundred marketing and digital marketing projects, working directly with clients as well as on a subcontract basis. Our portfolio includes engagements with organizations such as HSBC, Telus, Mount Seymour, LifeScan, the Wireless Association of BC, the Canadian Health, Work and Wellness Conference, Garden Inspired Tourism BC, AgriTourism BC, Upside Web, and The Organic Wine Company. Today, our primary focus is empowering organizations to design and deliver extraordinary customer experiences—both online and offline.
Dr. Ivan Surjanovic, CEO of iPower Strategy, brings more than 20 years of consulting experience across marketing, digital strategy, and customer experience. Passionate about helping organizations stand out through remarkable experiences, Ivan completed his PhD with a focus on viral marketing and the creation of a “wow factor.” Alongside his consulting and training work, he has been teaching Business Strategy and Digital Marketing since 2005 at institutions including Capilano University, Langara College, University Canada West, and the University of British Columbia.
